Engel, Director of the SMU Center for Presidential History as he discusses his recent book on impeachment that he co-authored with three other well-known presidential historians. Along with Jon Meacham, Timothy Naftali and Peter Baker, Professor Engel, in "Impeachment: An American History," explores the history of presidential impeachment and its constitutional ramifications. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing at the event.
