August Newsletter Highlights

Until We Get Back from Vacation…

…here’s a few things you need to know.

We’re going to be out of town for a couple of weeks, so our full August newsletter will be a bit late.  But the world keeps turning, so we’re sending a Mini-News letter to keep you up to date on what’s going on if you’re in town.  Keep reading.

Evergreen suggestions:

  • Donate to Dallas County Democratic Party, and the Texas Democratic Party. Make it monthly. The party is building its capacity to work for change between elections, as well as for elections. They need your help as sustaining donors!

  • Donate to key candidates - keep reading for links to candidates for Federal and State offices.

  • Host a fundraiser

  • Volunteer at the county party, or for key campaigns (see below)

  • Tell your friends why voting for Democrats is important to you!

  • Put up yard signs! Call DCDP (Dallas County Democratic Party at 214-821-8331) to see how you can pick up a sign for your favorite candidate! A great way to start the conversation!!

Remember: Republicans are not being quiet about their intentions to cheat in November. Our response has to be to turn out in overwhelming numbers. We need everyone’s help to do this!

The Democratic candidates on our ballot are skilled, experienced and have the people’s interest at heart. The Republican candidates have no skill, no relevant experience and have the Epstein class’s interests at heart

These Dems brought down the house at the Texas Democratic Convention! Now it’s our turn - come be inspired!!
